Jerry’s roots run deep in Spartanburg County and across the Upstate of South Carolina. For over 20 years, he has worked side by side with his crews — not just managing projects, but doing the work himself. From lawn care and landscaping to tree removal, roofing, and full-scale construction projects, Jerry spent years in the field mastering every trade he touched. What started as Cantrell’s Property Management has evolved into CPM Home Services, LLC, a name that reflects a broader vision and even higher standards of quality.

Jerry embodies the philosophy that great results come from honest effort, real skill, and pride in your work. He’s not a “Jack of all trades” — he’s a master of many. By investing time, sweat, and precision into every task, he not only became a trusted contractor but a teacher and mentor. His mission has always been to lead by example, working dusk to dawn (and often well beyond), pushing his teams to develop the same level of care and excellence.
